Payroll Giving
Payroll giving (or Give As You Earn) is a simple, efficient and flexible scheme, which allows you to donate to Healthprom by a direct deduction from your wage (assuming your employer offers this service). All donations given in this way are tax effective so we receive your donation and the tax you would have paid on this amount.
Payroll donations are deducted before tax so each £1.00 you give will only cost you 80p, and if you're a higher rate tax payer it will only cost you 60p.
This type of giving is a valuable, long term source of revenue for Healthprom, providing regular income to help Healthprom budget and plan ahead more effectively. The donation is taken straight from your gross (pre tax) pay so there is no need for us to physically claim the tax back through Gift Aid from HM Revenue & Customs, thus saving us money in administration.
You can always stop giving by notifying your payroll department or it will stop automatically if you leave your current employment.
You can give any amount per month, however, we recommend that you give at least £5 gross per month (which will cost you £4.00 if you are a standard rate tax payer or £3 if you are a higher rate tax payer).
