Harald Lipman’s “Memories of Moscow: Memoirs of a Medical Diplomat”

Those who know HealthProm will recall that it started in the 1980s as a medical exchange programme between the UK and the Soviet Union. Harald Lipman who was Medical Attache to the British Embassy in Moscow at the time, and on the Board of the programme/HealthProm, has just published his memoirs.  “Memories of Moscow” gives an insight into life in Moscow as a diplomat and doctor.
