This Mapping Exercise was conducted by HealthProm in 2016 as part of a project funded by the European Union: ‘Improving access to community-based early years and preschool support services for vulnerable children with special needs in Moldova’.
This is a three-year grant being led by Moldovan NGO Partnerships for Every Child (P4EC), in collaboration with UK organisations HealthProm and Mellow Parenting.
