Agha Gul, a 30 year old woman from Sarpata village, shared her story that in every antenatal care visit, the midwife had warned her that she was very anaemic with high blood pressure who will be facing high risk and complications in labour. I always had listened to midwives and finally with regular follow ups I successfully got my birth plan in my third trimester, she added.

“I told my husband that I need to be on time at the Health Centre and we need to call the ambulance in time to take us there. The Midwife was not sure if I would have normal delivery as my baby was overweight and I was anaemic too but luckily with support by HealthProm in Kaldar everything went well and I also got some medicines from the Community Health Workers provided by HealthProm. Now, I returned home with my baby, and I cannot thank the HealthProm team in Kaldar enough."

"Just I pray for all of you and thanking from the bottom of my heart."
