Project Update Afghanistan June 2021

In Afghanistan Kaldar district, parents had sent only their sons to school as girl’s schools were closed by the Taliban and when girls were allowed back to school, there were no schools for them. With funding from British Foreign School Society, the Hilden Trust and GV and SJ Britten Trust, we were able to renovate the first girl’s school in there which will enable 300 girls to go back to school over the coming 3 years.
